Breeder Queens
We have two breeder queens presently available or beekeepers may supply their own favourite.

The Horner Carniolan, a black long lived bee of gentle nature will be available again in January 2010.
The Horner Leather Italian is a prolific egg layer for those of us who like a full super of bees.
The Covey Caucasian, purely mated in the Whitsunday Islands, is more grey than black, is a good producer and very gentle.

Mating is never pure, but results in a bee with hybrid vigour.
